Surviving - my boys do that sometimes, too. 2 year old will throw his teddy off the bed and call me to say that "he's fallen down and got hurt" so I have to kiss the teddy and tuck him back into bed. Suhaa - so cute about your 6 year old needing an audience! I'm also all too familiar with the maternal guilt at the end of the day. But alhamdulillah the guilt is good if it makes us vow to work harder at being better parents.
