Umm-Fi-Ard: I occasionally do the internet banking thing but I'm too scared about security (even though husband has assured me many times it's OK).

Jaaved: You just *know* I was comparing it to Africa. The queues there for everything are ridiculous! We went to the Mozambique embassy in South Africa to pick up passports and Oh. My. God. The room was packed with people waiting and you could see the staff behind the counter..NOT DOING ANYTHING or sitting and having a cup of tea or whatever. Then 5 minutes before closing up, they start handing out the passports. Halfway through time is up and then close up, telling all those people who missed out to come tomorrow!
