So.
I have much to talk about and most of it involves my complete incompetence and stupidity but let’s just say it’s all baby’s fault and here’s something nice to look at instead:
RIP Adam. You are sorely missed.

Naser found an article refuting the whole pregnancy brain … I think … it was a long time ago … or a couple of months ago … I really cannot remember … I guess there is “something” still wrong with my memory
LOL!!!!!!
Beautiful kitty – so sorry to hear that he is gone.
HA! In my extensive research of 4 pregnancies, my anecdata shows that it does indeed exist. I have a long standing weekly playdate arranged with 4 year old’s friend and one particular day, I completely FORGOT about it. Nearly an hour later, my friend calls to make sure I was ok because we hadn’t turned up! I made an appointment for my ultrasound and was feeling pretty smug that I managed to get the appt so quickly. When I got there, turns out I made the appt at ANOTHER CLINIC about 30 mins away and while the receptionist asked if she could call them and let them know I would be late, I realised I had lost my wallet! I asked her could she please just call to cancel because I had to go and search for my wallet. I got to the car and then took nearly 5 minutes to reverse out of a carpark because I completely lost all spatial sense and the lady waiting for the parking was getting increasingly impatient. I did find my wallet thankfully but I spent the rest of the day annoyed with myself for wasting the day so completely.
Thanks UmmS. He was around way before the children and way before the husband. When I was working in a different town, he was my constant companion. Miss him!
Oh, Adam was one hairy man
