Now I know y’all remember how much of a gym junkie I am used to be. I have had a personal trainer for over 6 months but as work reduced my hours, my trainer Trish became a luxury and I stopped the PT (that’s what the cool kids call Personal Training.)

Well, after stopping the PT the motivation isn’t there anymore and I’ve become very lax with my gym routine. I’m going 5 days a week but not giving it my all and it’s annoying me. So I have decided to forego another luxury (I haven’t quite worked out what that would be, it could possibly involve food, electricity or water) to go back to my PT.

Trish is awesome. She has trained a female body builder who went in her first competition and WON the thing. When she was my trainer, she’d text me nearly everyday making sure I was at the gym, eating right and she pushed me to my absolute limit when she trained me. I had abs! I reduced my body fat percentage by 8%!

I am very excited to go back to it and I have one instruction for her -

Trish, train me like a marine.

So if I never come back to blogging, it’s most likely that the training has killed me.

Either that or they’ve enlisted me.
