Oh dear.

I gone been bitch-slapped!

Dear Tasmiya,

RE: Washing Machine Purchase Model WD-1049C

We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 22nd October 2007

The WD-1049C model is a front loader machine and does have child lock but not on the start button due to safety reasons. Unfortunately the unit cannot be modified to implement child lock on that button as well as the others.

We encourage consumers to confirm features of products with retailers or manufactures (sic) fully before purchasing.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate that you have taken the time to advise us of your dissatisfaction with your Washing Machine Unit. Feedback is very important to our company. I have forward (sic) this information on to our management.

We thank you for taking the time in forwarding your letter to LG. We regret that we are unable to be of further assistance in this matter.

I sort of don’t feel half as bad when I’m reprimanded with spelling and grammatical errors and words beginning with Unnecessary Capital Letters but still! Here I was thinking I would get a free sound system for my troubles

Haha…Life IS Good (for them), not you. Its amazing how many multibillion dollar companies and spew out such shameful products and charge an arm and a leg for them!
