Today will be a quick one as I was lucky enough to only garner TWO questions, one of which has been answered already. Saved!

Do you think this website it legitimate?
I’ve looked at it and it all seems above board but what’s the deal with TEN grains of rice? Why 10? Why not start at a cup or something a bit more substantial. In any case it’s a lot of fun and a great time waster with the added bonus of improving your vocabulary and feeding the hungry. What more could you possibly want with a website?

My question for you all today is – favourite sandwich filling?
Also, if anyone has any questions for me, feel free to leave them in the comments.

Sandwich filling? Hmmm…I haven’t had a sandwich in sooooo long! Given that fact I would have to say peanut butter is the choice these days, but ultimately it would have to be some sort of meat, prolly chicken.
Here is a post from a blog on the Free Rice charity. The comments also help clarify the situation:

Ya Haqq!
I like tuna and sweetcorn.
Have you tried any of Bill Granger’s recipes for sandwiches? His food looks yum, there’s one with grilled chicken and avocados in the filling.
Salaam ‘Alaikum
I have to say it is Umm Junayd’s chicken wrap. Chicken, cukes, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, and who knows what all else, in a light ranch-style sauce, wrapped up in homemade flat bread. It is so good.
cheese and tomatoes with pretty much anything else…mmmm.
Mousehunter – meat without anything else? you definitely pass the “male” test.
Irving – Jazakallah khair for that.
Taiba – I haven’t heard of Bill Granger – will have to google him. Grilled chicken sounds good but I’m not a fan of avocado.
Umm Zaid – anything with homemade bread has to be good and that sandwich sounds wonderful.
Mona – I’m into salad and cheese sandwiches. Oh my gosh, what is wrong with me – it’s so ….so…..healthy!
I like egg mayo with cucumber. Whenever I make one for dd’s lunchbox, I cut hers in half and eat one half.
