Today I slept in till zero six hundred and thirty 0630 am in the morning!

I’ve been going to the gym 4 times a week for the past 3 or 4 weeks and I’m loving it. I never thought I would be one of those addicted to the exercise but it’s a really great tension releaser and fat burner and then I don’t feel so guilty about gorging on chocolates.

My goals with this are to keep it up, increase my fitness level and get a bit more toned. These are my realistic goals. I do have a bit of an unrealistic albeit attainable if I work hard enough goal – to get a 6-pack. Well I can’t post pictures as proof here so I guess that means I miraculously already have my 6 pack! Ah don’t you just love the internet?

I’m going to eat some chocolate now.
