If you want to go by the way it happened on Wayne’s World 2, this is how the conversation should have gone:
Her: “A sphincter says what?”
Her: “I said, a sphincter says what?”
Him: “You want me to say ‘what’ like I don’t get it. Is that it? That it?”
Her: “Oh, dear. Last guy didn’t get. Last guy didn’t get. You big. You big. We small…small…so we better go.”

I only remember the first movie. I know I watched Wayne’s World 2 but can’t recall that scene.
