I’ve often wondered about the netiquette when it comes to comments. I love getting comments and I read them all. I don’t always reply. Sometimes I reply by email. It isn’t that I don’t love my commenters and the comments I get. I LOVE seeing my inbox flashing to tell me someone has left a message. Sometimes I make a note to reply to a comment and then just forget to do it (kind of like my LONG LONG list of people who I owe emails-Tracey, Courtney, Renee and Fee). Part of me thinks that it’s the height of rudeness not to reply then there’s a silly voice telling me that it’s arrogant to reply to some comments. I mean it isn’t like the commenter is refreshing the page and visiting my blog every hour to see if I’ve replied.

1. Do you make it a policy to reply to every single comment (I understand it would be difficult if you have many visitors and many people leaving comments)?

1. Do you always (or nearly always) expect a reply from the blogger or are you happy leaving your comment and go along your merry way?
2. Would you be offended if the blogger didn’t reply?
I understand that some comments don’t really need replies but please let me know what you think
