Eid Mubarak to all those who celebrate and even for those who don’t.
This year has to be the best Eid so far mashaAllah. We spent the day with the family, eating and chatting and exchanging gifts. The boys spent the afternoon playing with their Eid gifts and needless to say the loungeroom, boys’ rooms and the dining room are all a complete mess.
As 7 year old said when I tucked him into bed last night, “It was such a nice day that I feel like crying.”

eid mubarak!!
Eid Mubarak!
Loving the comment from the little one! That’s so true.. one does feel like crying when the day has been ever so great. Wisdom from a child’s mouth, eh?
EID MUBARAK TASMIYA TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
INDYANA/MUSLIM MAMA
the present didn’t come yet?
Eid Mubarak! Did he want to cry cuz it was over, or because it was so much fun (tears of joy)?
Thanks everyone!
susan – it will probably be here today. Don’t stress! This way Eid drags on for three days and you won’t get any complaining from me about that.
Amir – he wanted to cry tears of joy. He hasn’t come across that emotion very often so I think it was hard for him to describe.
er, i’m guessing if it hasn’t come by now, it may never. sorry, man, dunno what happened to it. i promise i really did send it!
Assalaamu alaikum,
